Dwayne is the lead pastor at Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, that he established in 2007. He is a board member of Acts 29 Network he is Director for Pastoral Care. Dwayne is also a believer for training the next generation Biblical counselors. He is on the board of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of numerous online articles and a contributor to the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Changing lives through God's unchanging truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne has three kids and a wife Leslie.
